Who is selling

The seller is Raphaël MAGINOT, a sole trader registered in France, SIREN 750 624 470, whose full details are on the Legal notice page.

What these terms cover

They apply to every order placed on chibipuppies.com by a private individual. You accept them when you confirm your order, and the version binding you is the one shown that day: a later change does not apply to an order already placed.

We sell to individuals. For a purchase by a company, a public body, or for resale, write to us: the terms are not the same.

What you are buying

A Chibi Puppies is a hand-assembled desk figurine whose eyes are a small screen. It comes alive as soon as its cable powers it, with no connection and no account.

The features announced as coming on the home page, namely time and weather, petting from your phone, and phone notifications, are not delivered today. They are not part of what you are buying. They will arrive as free updates, but no date is promised and their absence cannot ground a claim.

Each shell is printed and sanded by hand, so slight differences in colour and finish are normal. They are not defects.

The price

The price shown is €99 per figurine, delivery included in mainland France.

No VAT is charged: the seller is covered by the French small-business exemption under article 293 B of the tax code. Nothing is added at checkout, and the price shown is the price you pay.

We do not yet ship outside mainland France.

Prices can change at any time, but never for an order already placed.

Ordering

You choose the figurine, enter the delivery address, check the summary, then confirm. The order is only firm at that last step, and until then you can correct every detail.

We then send a confirmation email that repeats the order and counts as acceptance. If it does not arrive within the hour, check your spam folder, then write to us.

The figurines are made in small batches, so an order can be declined if stock has run out. We tell you and refund you in full within fourteen days.

Paying

Payment is by card, on a secure page hosted by Stripe.

It is taken when you order and handled by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited. Your card number never passes through this site: we do not see it and we do not store it.

Until payment is taken, the order is not registered.

Delivery

We ship within five working days of payment, via La Poste, to the address you gave. A wrong address on your side is not covered: check it before confirming.

In any case, delivery happens no later than thirty days after the order. Past that point you can formally ask us to deliver and then, if we still do not, cancel the order and be refunded within fourteen days.

Risk passes to you when the parcel is handed over, not when it is shipped. If it arrives damaged, refuse it or write precise reservations for the courier, then tell us: we handle the rest.

Changing your mind

You have fourteen days from delivery to change your mind, with no reason to give. An email is enough, or use the form below.

Then send the figurine back within the next fourteen days, to the seller's address on the legal notice. Return postage is yours. Pack it properly: you are liable for any loss of value caused by handling beyond what is needed to try it out.

We refund everything you paid, including the original delivery cost, at the latest fourteen days after being told, and we may wait until the figurine reaches us before doing so.

Withdrawal form

Copy this and send it to us if you want to withdraw. It is not compulsory: a clear email will do.

Warranties

You have the French statutory warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects. Both are free, both come on top of any commercial warranty, and neither depends on registering anything.

The warranty of conformity lets you obtain repair or replacement for two years from delivery if the figurine does not match what was announced. You have nothing to prove: during those two years, a defect is presumed to have existed from the start.

Because the figurine carries digital content, we supply the updates needed to keep it conforming throughout that period.

The hidden-defects warranty separately lets you, for two years from discovering the defect, return the figurine for a refund or keep it and obtain a price reduction.

If something goes wrong

Write to hello@chibipuppies.com and describe the problem. We answer within three working days.

Nothing inside the figurine is glued: most repairs need only a screwdriver, and we walk you through it rather than ask you to send everything back.

Personal data

What you give us for an order is used to fulfil it, deliver it and keep our books, and nothing else. The detail is on the Privacy page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In a dispute, failing an amicable settlement, you may bring the matter before any court open to consumers under French civil procedure, including the court where you live.
